Mrs. Patti Leamon- Kindergarten

Patti Leamon came to Calvary four years ago and now has 12 years of teaching experience. She holds a Master's Degree in Reading from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Eastern Connecticut State University.

Amy Van Hise –First Grade

Before coming to Calvary in 2008, Mrs. Van Hise taught at Mercer Christian Academy.  She brings over 15 years of teaching experience to us.  She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Marietta College and additional graduate hours from Rutgers University.  Mrs. Van Hise is also a wife and mother of a beautiful daughter. She has a precious heart for Jesus and passion for children.

Stephanie Earle - Second Grade

Mrs. Earle is a new face at Calvary for the 09-10 school year.  She is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.  Her previous teaching experience included a public school in New Jersey.  Mrs. Earle is married and is very active in her church youth group.  Her desire to share Christ through all of her teaching is evident.  In addition, her servant’s spirit is a wonderful addition to our teaching team. 

Miss Sara Ellis- Third Grade

Miss Ellis joined the Calvary family in 2008 after graduating from Philadelphia Biblical University with a Bachelors’ Degree in Education. The third graders have an emphasis on solo time with God, as modeled by their teacher!  An enthusiastic person who strives to make learning fun, Miss Ellis is loved and respected by her students and such a team player among the staff!

Miss Jill Walker- Fourth Grade

Miss Jill Walker came to Calvary two years ago and now has 5 years teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Southeastern University.

Mrs. Allison Care- Fifth Grade

Mrs. Allison Care came to Calvary two years ago with several years teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Holy Family and is currently working on her Master's Degree.

Mr. Jon Cameron - Sixth Grade Homeroom
(Middle School Bible & Social Studies)

Mr. Jon Cameron is our Sixth Grade teacher again this year. He graduated from Holy Family College with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. He has a wide range of work experience with upper elementary and middle school children. Mr. Cameron is energetic, flexible, people-oriented, and has a servant's heart. He is married and has an 12 year old son.

Meridith Stephenson - Seventh Grade
(Middle School Math & English)

Our newest teacher is a recent graduate from Eastern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.  She holds a dual certification in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education.   Miss Stephenson shares her relationship with Christ in such practical ways throughout middle school as she teaches both English and Math.  She is a delight to have on staff!

Mrs. Sandy Hazlett -Eighth Grade Homeroom
(Middle School Reading & Science)

Mrs. Hazlett is a familiar face around Calvary, having been with us since the day we opened the Child Care Center in 1995. Mrs. Hazlett has taught Kindergarten, Second Grade, Fourth Grade, and middle school. With over 12 years teaching experience, she teaches Language Arts and Science to middle school students. She has a wonderfully organized classroom where learning is hands on and engaging. Mrs. Hazlett has both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University and is the proud mother of a three.

Gam Rivera – Physical Education teacher

Mr. Gam Rivera is instructing our students in Physical Education.  He additionally is part of the leadership of the youth ministries of Calvary Full Gospel Church and is involved in our school chapels weekly.  He holds a Bachelors’ Degree from Zion Bible Institute with additional education coursework.  He is married with two adorable young children. 

Sandy Reddick – Art teacher

Mrs. Reddick has been teaching art for many years in the Pennsbury School District. She is now sharing her talents with us at Calvary Christian School.  Mrs. Reddick has been a part of Calvary Full Gospel Church for many years, where both she and her husband serve in many capacities.
